They also told me choose the cheapest shipping at checkout and they actually sent my parcel express because I said I was going to travel soon 😭 such a lovely team. I bought a Chanel bag and they marked it as just ‘good’ condition but to be honest it was in excellent condition so you can definitely trust their condition rating haha.
