We guarantee the authenticity and condition of every item we sell.

SHIPPING

All Online orders are processed within 1-3 business days, we ship from Monday to Friday 10-6 pm, EST, excluding holidays. All orders will include a tracking number. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or canceled.
Inventory stated online is shared in our physical stores. Online orders may be canceled and refunded to the same tender within 1-2 business days if an order cannot be fulfilled.
We offer standard and express shipping. Please contact us before placing your order to let us know of special instructions or requests. 

RETYCHE is not responsible for any product loss and/or delays of orders following shipment from our locations to the shipping address. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order. 

We protect our customers' privacy by ensuring that packages are discreetly labelled to avoid attracting unwanted attention. You can trust that we will do our best to make your shopping experience safe and enjoyable.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary based on the shipping destination and shipping method. Orders being shipped to the US or internationally may incur delays because of customs. Typically orders to the USA with standard shipping will tale 2-3 days in transit, once processed. 

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import taxes, duties and other fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by your country upon delivery. We mark all customs forms as used items (not stating the brand) and value the item at full purchase price (minus shipping).

 

RETURNS

Upon receiving your item, you have 2 business days to contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will send you a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item. Once you receive your RAN, you will have 5 business days to ship the item back to us.

All purchases made in store are FINAL SALE only.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping expense. 

RETYCHE is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur during the delivery process.

We also recommend insuring your shipment for the appropriate amount. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. 

  • All SALE/PRICE DROP items are FINAL SALE and cannot be combined with any other promotion. 
  • All LAYAWAY items are FINAL SALE.
  • All jewelry items are FINAL SALE due to hygienic reasons.
  • PROMOTIONAL CODES CANNOT BE COMBINED.

    SENDING THE ITEM BACK

    The item must be returned in the condition that you received it. The product must not have been worn, or show any signs of use. The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and other accessories (such as original box, dust bags, straps, authenticity cards, etc.) that were received with the order.

    REFUND VS. STORE CREDIT

    You will be given the option of a store credit or a full refund.

    REFUND

    You will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes paid in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this refund will not include any original shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the item. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time the item is received at our office for the refund to be issued. The refund will appear on your billing statement 10 business days after the date of refund – however this may vary depending on your credit card company or bank.

    STORE CREDIT

    You will be issued a store credit for the original sales price and any taxes paid. You can use your store credit to purchase other products on the website after it has been issued. Your store credit will never expire. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.
