Yes! All online orders are eligible for returns and or exchange if you are not totally satisfied. Please note the return shipping fee is on you.
How long does it take to recieve my item?
Shipping within Canada ranges from 2-5 business days. Express shipping is from 1-3 business day. Shipping to the USA is 3 business days to 1 week. Contact us directly for info on international shipping outside North America.
How does RETYCHE authenticate all it's items?
We have a team of luxury experts that handle and closely review all our items in person. As an additional support, we use Entrupy, a technology to support the authentication of luxury leather goods.
