SELLING & CONSIGNMENT TERMS
1. SALE OF ITEMS TO RETYCHE
The Seller agrees to sell the listed items to RETYCHE, subject to final evaluation, approval, and authenticity review. RETYCHE may accept or decline any item based on condition, demand, resale value, authenticity, or other relevant factors.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and represent the amount payable to the Seller, not the item's anticipated resale value. For bulk purchases, one total purchase price may apply to all items collectively.
Once purchased, RETYCHE determines all resale pricing and the Seller is not entitled to any additional amount based on the item's eventual selling price.
2. EVALUATION & FINAL PURCHASE PRICE
All offers are subject to final in-person evaluation and authenticity review based on condition, demand, market value, and other relevant factors. RETYCHE reserves the right to revise or withdraw an offer if the item's condition, authenticity, specifications, or other material details differ from what was originally disclosed or observed.
RETYCHE reserves a forty-eight (48) hour review period after signing to revise or withdraw an offer if additional information or issues are discovered. The Seller will be contacted regarding any changes before the affected item is finalized.
3. AUTHENTICITY
The Seller guarantees that all submitted items are authentic and acknowledges that RETYCHE may use its in-house experts and/or third-party services, including Entrupy, for verification. No purchase price will be considered final until RETYCHE has completed its physical evaluation and, where applicable, authenticity review.
Any item deemed non-authentic, unidentified, or fails RETYCHE’s authenticity review will be rejected and subject to a $250 fee per item. This fee is payable regardless of whether the item is retrieved by the Seller. If the item is not retrieved, RETYCHE reserves the right to dispose of it, subject to applicable law.
4. PAYMENT
Payment for items purchased by RETYCHE will be processed within approximately 2–3 weeks of final acceptance by cheque or e-transfer. The Seller must provide all required payment information, and processing may be delayed if additional authentication, documentation, or information is required.
5. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP & FINAL SALE
Once an item is accepted and the transaction is finalized, ownership transfers to RETYCHE and the sale is final. RETYCHE may market, price, discount, or resell the item at its sole discretion, regardless of the amount paid to the Seller. Any request to cancel the sale or retrieve an item is subject to RETYCHE’s approval and a $250 withdrawal fee per item.
6. SELLER'S OWNERSHIP & REPRESENTATIONS
The Seller confirms they are the legal owner of all merchandise, have full authority to sell or consign it, and are responsible for ensuring all items submitted are authentic and free of any liens, claims, or ownership disputes. The Seller must provide accurate information and disclose all known repairs, alterations, restoration, or modifications. RETYCHE may cancel any transaction if an item is found to be non-authentic or if information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
7. CONSIGNMENT — BY EXCEPTION ONLY
RETYCHE primarily purchases merchandise directly from Sellers; however, select items may be accepted on consignment at RETYCHE’s discretion and must be agreed upon in writing. Consignment is for a 90-day term, and early withdrawal is subject to RETYCHE’s approval and will incur a $250 fee per item. RETYCHE determines and may adjust listing prices based on market, authentication fees, promotions, conditions, with discounts of up to 10% after 30 days, 25% after 60 days, and 50% after 90 days.
The Seller’s payout will be agreed upon in writing, and payments for sold items are issued by cheque or e-transfer beginning on the 15th of the following month and processed within 25 business days.
Note: No discount exceptions (ex: for highly coveted items) are evaluated case-by-case and must be approved by RETYCHE.
For non-local consignors, returned items will incur a $25 shipping fee (within Canada).

8. ACCEPTED CATEGORIES
Clothing
- Must be seasonal and in demand in excellent condition, cleaned, and free of damage.
- All items are subject to curation by a RETYCHE associate.
- Some clothing may only be sold in-store, while select items may be featured online.
Shoes
- Must be seasonal and in demand with minimal signs of wear.
- Final selection at RETYCHE’s discretion.
Accessories and Jewelry
- Fine Jewelry and Watches (designer), Sunglasses, Wallets, Belts, Small Leather Goods & Accessories
Handbags
- Accepted brands: Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and similar luxury labels.
- Includes vintage, current, and select mid-contemporary styles, curated at RETYCHE’s discretion.
